Womens National VII's

Every season the National Women's VII's team compete in the Rugby Americas North (RAN) regional sevens. Players are selected from the Maples Group National Sevens Academy who train and participate in several tournaments each season.

In October CRFU conducts a sevens competition for men and women that runs over the four weekends of the month. The womens teams compete for the Hobnob Trophy.
