Heineken Charity Shield

The Heineken Shield kicks off the CRFU domestic rugby season. The previous year’s winner of the DART - Alex Alexander Memorial Championship plays the winner of the DART - Vase to kick the new season off and this puts the winning club in the poison to win the 'Triple'. As yet this has never been one by a club.

Heineken is the title sponsor for this event.
